State Department introduces limited online passport renewal service. The State Department has launched a new online passport renewal service, allowing applicants to upload documents digitally instead of mailing them. This service is currently available only during specific midday windows starting at 1 p.m. Eastern time, with a daily application limit. This limited-service phase is anticipated to continue for several months, with standard processing times of six to eight weeks for applications.

The tools, believed to have been stolen from various locations including retail stores, businesses, vehicles, residential properties, and construction sites, were traced back to their origins thanks to a tiny Apple device.
